TPOTY Voting with Ninja Forms

This plugin provides a Voting Form generator based on the Submissions of another form.

Step 1: Create an Entry Form

Any form can be used as an entry form.

Step 2: Generate a Voting Form

In the WordPress Admin Dashboard, go to Tools -> TPOTY Voting Form.

Select an Entry Form as the source for submissions and click “Generate Voting Form”.

This generated form will have 2 fields per submission: a “Shortlist” checkbox and a “Favorite” checkbox list.

The “Favorite” checkboxlist will have an option for each File Uploads submission value on the source form.
